He works as an independent consultant in UX and CX. At the moment he is mainly helping two teams revolutionize real-estate and pro audio. Before that he took responsibility as chief experience officer at Evooq, a Swiss fintech, for the UX of several programs in the portfolio as well as user centered innovation, company culture and team empowerment. Roland was also Head of CX and member of management at Zühlke Engineering, where he established the CX practices, took responsibility for the direction and formation of the digital consulting group and lead initiatives for successful innovation for diverse clients.His projects won many internationally renowned awards (IF Design, Red Dot Design, Best of Swiss Web, Best of Swiss Apps etc.). He is acting in several juries and works for SwissICTs UX group, as well as beeing a speaker on UX at national and international events and conferences.
